The name Āqùgeb Se is derived from the Tauric language, as Āqùgeb Se was founded by Nicki Fluell, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Āqùgeb Se has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 20°C (68°F). Āqùgeb Se receives an average of 259 cm/y (101 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Āqùgeb Se covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 5780 m (18963 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Āqùgeb Se was founded durring the early 13th century in fall of the year 1233, by Nicki Fluell. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Nicki Fluell.
Āqùgeb Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Āqùgeb Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Āqùgeb Se is buildings are arranged arround a single crampt flagstone mainstreet with many smaller streets branching off of it which gives the town a over all rectangular shape, albit one warped and twisted by the nature of the curves of the main road. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Āqùgeb Se's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. The top tier civilian fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Āqùgeb Se has something terribly wrong with it. It’s impossible to put one’s finger on, but something is horribly wrong. Maybe it’s the way fog blankets the ground, but only in the connors of places. Maybe it’s the vermin scutteling between shadows in the corner of your eyes. Perhaps it’s the overcast sky which seemed to creep out of nowhere, or the distant howling of wolves. Maybe it’s everything together. Regardless, you do not feel it would be wise to remain in Āqùgeb Se long.
Civic Infrastructure

Āqùgeb Se has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Āqùgeb Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Āqùgeb Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Āqùgeb Se possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Āqùgeb Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Āqùgeb Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Life is hard in Āqùgeb Se. Its people are impoverished compared to their peers elsewhere. Something is making the locals stay, however, whether fear of the alternative, hope for a better future, or a stubborn attachment to their ancestral lands. Whatver the reason, living in this harsh area for generations has made the people of Āqùgeb Se a notably resourceful and hearty people.
Āqùgeb Se's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used which employed abundant symbolic geometry, using pure forms such as the circle and square, and plans are based on often symmetrical layouts featuring rectangular courtyards and halls. These structures were is decorated with carved stone or stucco reliefs and made use of colorful stone mosaics..
In Āqùgeb Se most nights are accompanied by colorful ribbons of light in the sky.
The Leopard Slug near Āqùgeb Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Āqùgeb Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves gestures to channel Abjuration energies of tier 3 via oath swearing.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century the Wăkh Jĭìthu Forest was struck by a drought when Tarn Samosir grew too small to continue feeding Waterway Wade, which reduced the available water supply nationwide, but was especially harsh in the area arround Āqùgeb Se. As the neighboring regions had no water so spare, Āqùgeb Se lost 244 people, and 239 livestock in the disaster.. The drought lasted for 4 weeks, which are remembered as the Calamity Thirst.
